The LOnE VoiCe
Sonita is an Afghan refugee advocating for women’s rights, particularly through her chosen medium: music.
In 2O25, AXA and Publicis Conseil answered her call to help make her message heard.
We produced and created a music video for her new song about the friends she left behind, thanks to a collaborative chorus.
The case study
Inspired by Sonita’s memories and by photos of her early student years in Afghanistan and Iran, we recreated a set from that period of her life.
The voices and videos collected through the TikTok filter and the platform were added to the end screen.
The song redirected to a UNICEF fund specially created for Sonita’s cause, bringing education to girls and women in Afghanistan.
